How-To Setup Windows Email

Setup Email Accounts In Windows Using Outlook Express:

1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on the Tools menu.
3. Select Accounts from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the Mail tab.
5. Click on the Add button, then click on Mail.
6. The Internet Connection Wizard will begin. First, enter your name as you
would like it to appear. Click Next.

7. Enter your Email address. Click Next.

8. Enter your Email Server Names. Replace "mail.yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name. Click Next.
Example: if your domain name is www.johndoe.com, then you would type in mail.johndoe.com for both your incoming and outgoing servers.

9. Next, you'll be asked to enter your email account information. This information can be found in your control panel. Click Next to proceed to the final page.

10. Click Finish to end the wizard.

11. To add multiple email accounts for the same computer, follow the same steps.
